"Our company had the intention to stop the collective transport and to leave the employees independently and learn to travel.We have asked Ilse to support us in this, Ilse has taken this very energetically, with her knowledge of our target group and the possibilities to learning to travel independently, she was pre-eminently the candidate to take care of this for us Ilse has relieved us enormously in this process
The employees were anything but enthusiastic about this change, but Ilse was able to motivate people to travel independently, if necessary with a couple of practical exercises. Ilse arranged volunteers to train with the people, worked out the trips per employee and took care of applying for chip cards and subscriptions.
The result: a very good start on the first day when the collective transport was definitively ended. The employees were well prepared and knew how to travel by public transport. In addition, some of the employees' reactions are unaffordable afterwards: they can now also go on the weekends. "
